We do not accept cancellations once orders are placed. 

 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We do not provide returns or exchanges for your order. 

If you received a damaged or wrong product, kindly reach out to us via email on apeksha2611@icloud.com within 72 hours of receiving the order. Our team will respond in 24-48 hours for the same. For Return or refund or exchange you need to do is take a video recording of opening the package start to finish with no cuts or pauses.

Once confirmed, the replacement product will be dispatched in 7-10 business days considering the handmade nature for each item.

Refunds

All sales are final, and the Company does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances.
